Chicken Fillet Thracian Style – 4 servings
Ingredients for marinade:
250 ml yoghurt
1 garlic clove
100 g savory
1 pinch white pepper
Salt to taste
Leave four chicken breasts overnight in the mixture. Then bake at 180 degrees about 15 minutes.
Garnish – Potato Roesti:
Grate a half-boiled potato. Add finely chopped onions, salt, black pepper, 1/4 teaspoonfull of starch. Shape into balls by hand and fry in very hot fat.
