Chicken Steak with Spring Vegetables and Mashed Potatoes

Products:
Chicken
Zucchini
Yellow and red peppers
Onion, parsley, basil and coriander
1 garlic clove
Potatoes, milk and butter for the puree
Olive oil
Black pepper
Salt

Preparation directions:
Season the fillets with salt and pepper, fry them until they turn golden and put them in a baking pan with some olive oil in the oven for about 7 minutes at 200 degrees.

Meanwhile cut the vegetables into cubes and fry them for about 30 seconds in very hot olive oil. Flavor with salt, pepper, garlic and finely chopped parsley, fresh basil and coriander. The vegetable mix thus prepared is mixed with puree and is formed in the plate. The fillet is placed on top and garnished according to your taste and mood!
