Boneless Pork Chops with Blue Cheese, Bacon and Onions
Ingredients for 2 servings:
370 g boneless pork chops
115 g blue cheese
2 slices of bacon
1 leek stalk
Garlic to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation directions:
Mix the blue cheese, bacon and leeks. Divide the substance in two and place it on the chops. Roll them. Dust with pepper and garlic on top and put in greased baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees about 25 minutes.
PS If you like to experiment, add cashews and fresh apples to the blue cheese and enjoy the unique taste!
