Roasted Salmon with Basil Tagliatelle
Ingredients for 2 servings:
400 g salmon
160 g tagliatelle
Products for basil pesto:
1 bunch of fresh basil
1 garlic clove
40 g parmesan
30 g pine nuts
100 g olive oil
Pepper to taste
Salt
Preparation directions:
Bake the salmon, seasoned with salt and pepper on both sides in an oven heated to 180 degrees.
Meanwhile heat the tagliatelle pre-boiled in salted water.
Add the pesto and stir well.
Garnish according to your taste and mood!
