Pork Loin, Prosciutto and Mozzarella Roll Baked in Puff Pastry

Sprinkle salt and pepper on skinned pork fillets, then lightly fry on all sides.

Slice the mozzarella and prosciutto and place on top of the fillets, then roll them as if around a spindle. Wrap the resulting roll by just one layer of puff pastry, press up nicely with a fork on all sides and coat with an egg.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, then for another 15 minutes at about 130 degrees.
